Hello to all presenters,
We would like to confirm with you that all those who have selected a time on the Schedule have been allocated their own BbC room. If you have not yet selected a time, please do so today so that Amy can add your presentation prior to our start time tomorrow.
You will receive specific instructions on how to prepare in a separate notification from OZELIVE 2015 today. If you need further help or do not receive instruction notification, please email me direct.
One thing we do urge you to do is to check that you can access your own room from the links provided, and enter the room as a moderator. You may wish to practice uploading your slides in there prior to your session.
On the day you may wish to join other presenters and moderators in the OZELIVE Volunteer Lounge just to check if you need any further advice.
A team member or volunteer moderator will be active in your room 30 minutes prior to your sessions and will help you to upload your slides in the correct place ready for your presentation. They will take care of your audience too with some helpful hints on participation and will introduce you and hand over to you. They will keep an eye on the time and alert you as you approach the 40 minutes mark - leaving enough time for Q & A and to get to the next presentation. Some come close on the heels of the previous ones.
One other thing to do is to check your slides for size (no bigger than 30 mb) and where possible upload them to a special Dropbox folder prepared for this purpose. Please email direct for access to this dropbox, with your preferred email or simply attach them in an email and send to me with permission to upload them to the dropbox, will be accessible by presenters and the team.
